I joined as a new customer, on the Home Phone Broadband package, as the £75 rebate tempted me. Today my broadband was connected. I have received various SMS and emails since my order was replaced, but not a single mention of the £75 rebate. Please advise why not? When will I receive the rebate?

As per process with all cashback from new signups; after up to 10 days, you should receive an e-mail with the link inviting you to receive your cheque. Feel free to let me know if you haven't received it within 10 days and I'll chase it up for you. Matty
