The new lowered price being 32.5p per use, with a 12.5p setup fee, in other words 45p, is that correct?

The setup fee doesn't apply to calls to Timeline, I took a look at our tariff list and can see that the 'Fixed Fee Charge Calls' all supposedly have the setup fee added... I'd need to check individual destinations to check if that's correct. I have a piece of work sat with me to reconcile and rationalise our tariff list so I'll ensure that this is wrapped up in that.

One of those wouldn't be task PID:66186 by any chance would it Ben? And none of those in the Fixed Fee Charge Calls table have a connection charge. That was confirmed by Mand some considerable time ago.

Hi , I was just wondering wether i might get a refund for exactly the same issue as the poster...plusnet didn`t want to know when i queried the charges on my bill and i know i hadn`t even used the speaking clock!!!
