I'm a plusnet fibre broadband customer, the broadband service is excellent but the cost of the very limited phone & broadband package is very uncompetitive when compared to Plusnet's owners BT. I called 0800 013 263212 at 13:31 today to see if Plusnet could offer a package to match BT's & was informed by computer that there was a wait of 30 mins. I then went to online chat to find that this was unavailable. Next step, BT website to sign up for their package. Goodbye Plusnet. I believe that I have "served" my minimum 18 months with Plusnet but if I'm wrong & you come after me for any money I will quote this experience to you & Ofcom.
