20GB allowance for Plusnet Pro broadband service? Rather stingey in 2011?

Never used to be a problem, but as time has gone on and internet stuff becomes more and more prevalent, it's becoming very hard to stay under the 20GB limit every month (no bit torrent here!), iPlayer, PS3 console gaming (demos/patches etc), web, email.  I
Isn't it time the Plusnet Pro 20GB limit was reviewed?
I now have to suffer 1990's style speeds until the end of my billing month 😞

perhaps if they can't change the limit, change the speed it drops too, internet is unusable, its currently easier to surf on my 3g android phone than my home broadband!

You don't have to suffer 1990's speeds that was your choice. The main point is YOU can change the limit, it is up to you what limit you set for your account (minimum 20Gb). The 'catch' is you have to pay for the extra Gbs and they can only be paid for in blocks of 5Gb.
