Ordered Fibre BB and phone package 2 months ago, still no update. Put a ticket in 2 days ago, no update. As BT are now charging me for the Sports channels, this move to Plusnet is not looking good. Had I known it takes months to migrate,(if it ever happens) I dont think I would have bothered. You not doing me and others proud at all ! And to put the tin hat on it, I was born in Yorkshire.
