1 hour call wait for last 2 days that im aware of?

whats with the 1hour+ call wait times?
my broadband has been pretty much dead for the last 2 days and im not gonna sit on hold for a hour for the CSR to tell me to reset router and do this this and this that ive all ready done

If you've a problem with your broadband,
First make sure it's not a common problem in the area: http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/ - Pop in your telephone number and click "Here" for the recent Service Outages - If there is a current one, that will explain your problem.
If there isn't an MSO listed and you've gone through the regular broadband fault checks as per the website, then you can skip the call queues and raise your fault online at http://faults.plus.net
There's nothing that tech support can do for you that you can't do for yourself on the website.
