Plusnet wins not once but twice at key customers awards

True Sheffield grit and determination showed this week as our team braved the adverse weather to get in to the offices, demonstrating the teamwork and will to win that is core to the people of Plusnet. We all take pride in the continued service we deliver to our customers: it’s reasons like this  that Plusnet has continued to be recognised by the industry and customers. This never failing commitment to customer service was recognised in two separate award wins this week. At the MoneySuperMarket Awards this Wednesday, Plusnet scooped three major awards, all voted for by our customers: Best Value Broadband, Best for Quality and Reliability and Best for Customer Service. And Thursday night, we did it again at the uSwitch Broadband Awards, where Plusnet won the much coveted Best Customer Service, Best Value  Home Broadband and Best Broadband and Homephone awards. This is a a real testament to the quality of people in our business and the hard work we have put in over the last year.

The sad truth is all the "providers" are more or less as bad as each other There should definitely be a "rip off merchants" or at best "the Least Worst" award Radical changes need to be made re the whole phone/broadband world but Politicians wont do much to change things A specific Consumer Protest Group should challenge them all NOT Offcom!!!

This is one of the poor customer service in the UK. I am surprised to see they won some of the award.Shame!!

WOW...did nobody else enter or is it a plusnet internal award so they can pat them selves on the back because nobody else will. I pay top whack for a sh**service, I was promised fiber optical service would mean I could down load what I wanted instantly ( they just forgot to mention it didn't work when anybody else was watching). As soon as my contact ends I am away., I wish I could find a blog to be able to warn others away. DTH

Try getting them to cancel an account when someone dies. I rang and spoke to customer service, was told to send a scan of the death certificate to documents@plus.net which I did. Subsequently keep getting harrassing SMSs and emails. Tried online chat who were no help at all as they "can't access documents@plus.net". They just seem to want me to phone an 0845 number whose first message is that there is a 15 minute wait.

absolutely disgusting service still waiting for cashback since last november said it would be here yesterday rang today still fobed off cant wait till october then i out of this crap service have to wait 30 minutes to talk to someone then put on hold again
