We are now on days Nine without a phone line, Plusnet even cleared the fault down 5 days after first reporting I assume to improve their stats, keep getting the odd message that they have escalated it to Openreach. I even spoke to the BT openreach engineer and he knew nothing of the phone line problem, total lack of service. always thought plusnet were better than this but they are certainly the bottom of the list. now looking for a better provider who I can at least talk to without having to hang on the end of a mobile for an hour
