I requested Caller ID to be added to my account ages ago but it still has not been activated! I expected it to be next day or 3 days at the longest, it's probably been about 3 weeks or so. Whats going on!!!?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

The service was added our side but not unfortunately on our suppliers side.
I've added this now and should be active in 10-15 minutes

I had the same issue but now the caller ID comes up, those nuisance/unsolicited calls are still coming through even after being noted and barred. It's a puzzle, although I do know I have 'noise' on the line so perhaps that's the cause?

My service started yesterday. - I pre ordered Caller Line Display and it is shown as active in my account. - It is not working. A 45 minute call queue to speak to Technical Support and 87 people in the queue for 'Online Chat' is completely unacceptable!

Joined 2 weeks ago but no caller ID displaying.
My caller ID states active on the account settings but it is not working.

Good Morning,
It seems this was enabled on our side but not on the Openreach side for it to be physically enabled, I've corrected that now and your caller display should be working in the next 30 minutes.
