Sorry for the delay in replying. I didn't get a notification email for your reply, just saw it when I went to the Forum for something else.

Yes, it went through OK. They took me off the old product and onto the new one but kept me on LRS as existing. There was a charge added and then removed, which was a workround, but I didn't end up paying anything I shouldn't have.

Thanks for the reply, yes I don't always get reply notifications for some reason.

Okay so that's good you managed to get it sorted, maybe I will ask near the end of my LRS term.
