wifi drop outs

Had my plusnet broadband for a few months now speed approx 21 when plugged into main socket. Managed to increase this to 26 when router plugged into test socket. This has been ok until about two weeks ago when my wifi started to drop out on any mobile phone connected to the router this is happening frequently in the evening when the phones are using the wifi. The phones are connecting to 5ghz band.  I still have my bt router can i use this to connect to plusnet to see if that helps.

Thanks

Re: wifi drop outs

Hi @fp55zxf

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing wifi issues - you can indeed use many BT routers instead of your Plusnet one.

You'll need to manually enter your login details via the Hub's internal menu and that should then connect as normal.

If you post which BT router you're looking to use, either myself or a community member will provide information on how to do this.

Best wishes

Dave
