wifi channels

I cannot seem to connect with the hub one web page to change my wifi channels. My wifi connection has fallen off regularly and i the channel was changed on Tuesday and made no difference. 

To gain access to the hub one page i am using Chrome and this number 192.168.1.254 but it will not connect

Welcome to the forums, @Harman890 . Can you be a little more specific - what response do you get when you type the web address into the title bar on your router - not a search bar?

@Harman890 That does not make sense. I don't use Chrome, but what indication do you get for activity, or lack of?

i just get the site cannot be reached, connection timed out

I am mystified - if you are connected to the router and type that into the address bar, you should get it almost instantly.
