Plusnet Hub One: Home network Devices shows :-

Unknown 00:00:00:00:00:00 192.168.1.67

Not connecte

 Nothing connected to the lan port and I cannot delete it. Any suggestions appreciated

Hi @bdh50 welcome to the forums.

I've seen this issue a couple of times with a Hub One, I found a power cycle cleared this oddity. As to the cause, not sure.

I had a few issues with DHCP on my Hub One so I replaced it with a TP-Link modem/router.

Thanks Dan_the_Van, Rebooted modem when I first noticed it but still there. Next day noticed speed was really low so rebooted again , speed back up and issue cleared. Thanks again for your response.
