router setting

Hi, for some reason my IP address starts with 172. and not like most people write in here that should start with 192.
As you can see on attached file DHCP server is enabled and 172 range selected. Is this correct setting?  My wifi speeds are very bad comparing to cable connection and trying to establish what is causing it. Channel selection is automatic for both 2.4 and 5Ghz. Any advice please? Thanks

Re: router setting

Thanks for getting in touch @Eldaniel.

By default, our routers are set to use the 192.168 address range but you can change this if you want to use a different range.  Unless you have a specific reason for wanting to use a different range we'd recommend using the 192.168 range.

Having said that the IP address shouldn't affect the wireless speeds. Have you tried using a WiFi analyser app to see what channel is best?
