The admin/router serial number do not work to log me in and change channels as suggested due to signal drops. I have reset the router but it still does not give me access. Would PlusNet send me a new router to see if this would improve the signal? we know we are in a poor signal area (despite being in a city) and there is no fibre service here (or planned in the near future). very frustrating for us when we work from home

Is it definitely the wifi causing the issue? Have you been able to test a wired connection to see if that improves things at all?
