router connection issues with awful speeds and constantly dropping connection

I've had this issue for a while now, often the wifi drops connection multiple times a day, it is especially unusual considering I have the wireless hub one that is supposed to deliver at least 67.2 mb download speed and yet it seems to run into trouble when trying even to have a skype call

We've tested your line and we can't see any issues remotely

Can you try going through the steps here to see if they help?

@user199755 on the off-chance you're affected by the problem described here, I have just pushed an update to your router that I'm hoping has helped. It will have rebooted to apply the changes so apologies if you were in the middle of anything.
