My Plusnet Hub One has firmware:-
"Plusnet Hub One | Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.237.2.2 | Last updated Unknown"
This is 2017 firmware.
I understand that the latest version may be 4.7.5.1.83.8.263
Can someone arrange for my router to receive this update please ?

We have had numerous problems with wifi connections on Android devices and Resetting the Hub has not corrected this

Does anyone know why the customer has to request updates on this forum and why they are not done automatically ?
