plusnet fiber router

hi, how would i go about getting a new router as mine has died on me, and still got 9 month on my contract

@staceyd86 When you say it's 'died on you' exactly how? How long have you had it? - I appreciate you say you still have 9 months left on your contract, but how long is that contract? The guarantee, such that it is, is only for 12 months.

12march this year but i didnt get the router then I already had a plusnet router, I'm just asking if plusnet supply them and at what cost,
and dead as in no power at all

OK - so the router is way out of guarantee anyway. I would not suggest you buy one from Plusnet - I'm not 100% sure of the price, but if I remember correctly, they are something like £100.00 (or as near as), and not worth the money.

As has been suggested many times on this forum, you are better off buying a BT HH6 router via eBay - set up and configuration details to use a much better router on Plusnet are available on this board.
