please can someone from Plusnet respond!!
I need a new router, as mine is getting very hot and smelling of burning. I am worried about leaving it on at night.
Broadband speed testing wont even run.
I have tried to call for days now, but cannot get through to customer service and there is no email contact.
the online chat is always closed when I finish work.
My internet is almost non-existent. cannot download anything, cannot watch anything.
Please can someone from plusnet call me or please just send a replacement router?!
