My router keeps losing my login details and reverts to setup@plusnet with no password
all details i can find

Its a pain in the but having to put my details back in every day and even then sometimes it wont take

I'm sorry to hear about this, can you follow the steps in this link please to perform a factory reset for your Hub One http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/hardware/hub-one-user-guide.shtml

Doing this will kick start our automation system to configure your correct details in your router so that this should never happen again.
