getting router replaced

gone in many circles and sick of phone support, often we get loss of connection and as a contrast long periods of router activity but no devices connected.
Finally found bb is ok with ethernet cable sometimes when wifi useless. Have tried changing channel. Suspect router fault.
Is it possible replace router?

To be fair that's sounding more like an issue with the WiFi channel being used than a faulty router.
