firmware update, for hub one

Hi there can anyone help, my upload rate is around 1.  Was told to try and update my router firmware. I logged in to my router and the software was last updated in 2017....help...

 my software version is.. 4.7.5.1.83.8.237.2.2 last updated 25/10/17

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your connection.

I've tested your line and the test hasn't picked up any underlying performance issues from here, so I agree that it would be worth looking at the router firmware as the first port of call. I've raised this to our products team to get the latest firmware version pushed to your router and this will complete within three working days - so on Wednesday at the latest.

Please let us know if the connection issues persist after this or if there's anything else that you'd like to discuss.
