boot reason: watchdog reset (cause0x3)

my internet has been dropping 5-6 times a day randomly for the last few months. has 6 engineers out to test and fix the line as i believed it was a broadband issue however having read some other posts and doing some investigating ive come across posts whereby they have the same boot reason as me in the event log and it has been down to a hardware issue. just wondering if im eligible for a replacement hub. thank you
