Wireless Printer and Google Home Mini will not connect to Router

I am new to Plusnet and have just set up my Plus One Router. Normal Wifi is absolutely fine but the router will not connect to either my wireless printer or my Google Home Mini.

I go through the setup for the Google Home Min and when I select the Router a message appears saying "Could not communicate with your Google Home Mini'

I have tried a couople of things:

• Turnign off and on the Firewall
• Splitting the 24. and 5 GHz channels so they are not synced (should not have to do this)

Getting a little annyed now as everything workd fine with both my old Sky and TalkTalk Routers!

Have you tried doing a factory reset on these units in case they are retaining your old router settings?
