My wifi connection is terrible.. I keep getting disconnected every 5 minutes. Its so frustrating please can you help me fix this problem.

A good start would be to download something like WiFi Info View. That'll detail any wireless interference that might be affecting you.
Listing the model of router you've got would be a big help.
