Wifi dropping - PTM over DSL is down

Hello all, we are sort of at our wits end here. So hoping you are able to help.

The wifi connection will cut out intermittently throughout the day, circa 5-10 times at least. Whatever device we happen to be on will lose internet connection. The router will flash orange over and over, and eventually reset/ sort itself out after about 5 minutes. This has been going on for months. Some days are worse than others, it doesn't seem to be at specific times. No noticeable pattern.

It is frustrating as we are both working from home, and need a stable connection, as well as the frustrations around downtime when streaming Netflix, etc.

I've looked at the logs on the router page, see extracts below. It seems to be linked to PTM over DSL going down.

The router cabling comes in through the house, into the master socket, and then back out, into a white filter box, and then into the DSL plug of the router.

Please let me know if you need any more info, I will provide it as soon as I can, we are desperate to resolve this.
