Wifi connection

All of my device i.e laptop, SkyQ and mobile phone doesn't show the wireless SSID expect my TV which connected with no problem. PN hub one says one or two device security is off, I've checked and what I can see security is on.

I'm sorry to see you're having problems connecting your devices to your wireless network.

Do you see any other wireless networks when you bring up the list of available networks?

Yes, all my device brings up all other wireless network expect for my own Plusnet One Router, the only device that has connected wireless is both of the TV.

We've looked into this further and we can't see any cause for this.

I've arranged for a replacement router to be sent out to you and we'll get that to you as soon as possible.
