WiFi problems

I am having problems with my WiFi. I am told I have a broadband connection of 22mb but it is very slow (even before everyone was wfh). The tv struggles to stream Netflix sometimes and the connection quite often drops. Is this a problem with my router? If I want to upgrade my router, do I need the broadband password and where can I get this?

There are certainly more capable routers out there. The router we ship is single band, so depending on other competing Wi-Fi/Bluetooth devices in the vicinity, it is susceptible to interference.

Your broadband username is in the format <username>@plusdsl.net, where <username> is the username you use to log into the Plusnet website.
