WiFi printer

Have just changed to plusnet hub one router and cannot connect my Epson WiFi printer. Have tried push button , with password and moving printer to near router. Have even bought a new printer!

Have you put the wifi code into the printer setup? Also, make sure you have done wireless setup off the install disk (it has or should have 2 types of install). I have an Epson wifi printer that's about 4 or 5 yards from laptop and it works fine.

A float tip is pleasing in its appearance and even more pleasing in its disappearance.

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you're having problems connecting your printer to the WiFi.

I've known this sometimes to be a "channel" issue. If you log on to the router settings at 192.168.1.254 and navigate to advanced settings, I'd recommend changing the wireless channel and trying to connect it again.
