WiFi issues

Hi my first post and only doing so as I am so frustrated with my WiFi
I have a PlusNet hub one Router fibre service but my WiFi constantly stops working then comes back on Some time later- prime example is when on search engine the iPad /phone just doesn’t find anything. I have to wait for it to work again before the search provides any info unless I switch off /on router - wired Laptops etc work fine. I also find that when my son is on his PS4 wired connections my WiFi won’t work very well either - any help would be most welcome - been with PlusNet fibre for 6 months and the problem seems to be getting worse. Any help would be most welcome - settings etc
