Hi,

WIFI keeps dropping out on 2 devices, iPhone and Ipad

Wired desktop windows PC is OK so no drop in fibre connection

If I reboot the router, WiFi is ok for 10 mins then drop out again

Please advice would be welcome

Re: WiFi dropping but wired OK

For apple devices on the Hub One it's best to split the 2.4 and 5GHz frequency bands in the WiFi settings.

Have you tried this?

https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/router-user-guides/  has instructions on how to connect to the router and change WiFi settings.

Just click on the picture for the Plusnet device you have.

You need to untick the WiFi setting for "Sync with 2.4Ghz (5Ghz band only)" and then change the SSID name for the 5Ghz band.

Also on the Apple device, you now choose which WiFi name each device should connect to.

You can also try disabling IPv6 on your Apple devices if you're not using.

Hi there.

I'm sorry to see you're having wireless issues, I'd give the steps that @dvorak has posted a go.

Let us know if you have any further troubles after this.
