WiFi disconnecting

I have had issues since joining Plusnet but the worst is that my devices keep disconnecting and some won't reconnect for ages
WPS helps sometimes but I would prefer them to be connected always
My devices include Xbox,2 tablets,2 firesticks,an echo dot and 2 smart TVs
These worked fine with my old provider
I have tried changing channel on 2.4 GHz but no improvement
Would I be better purchasing a better router?

@tigersb

In that case, can't you just use your 'old providers' router?

Re: WiFi disconnecting

@tigersb I've pushed an update to your router that might help. If you look elsewhere on this forum you'll notice there are a few known issues affected WiFi on the Hub One that we're working through.
You'll need to reboot to apply the update.
Hope it helps.
