WiFi connected but no internet

Hi, over the past week I’ve been unable to access the internet on my smart tv. I’m getting a message stating WiFi is connected but no internet access. Please can some help. Everything worked fine before.

thanks a lot for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having here. Tests on the line aren't picking up on any issues though. Are you only having this problem with your smart TV? Is the service working okay on other devices?

I seem to have fixed it by resetting the date and time….
