WiFi Password not not recognised on some devices

I am having problems with citation devices saying my WiFi password is incorrect, when it is working fine on other devices. It started with my husband's apple MacBook, and had happened intermittently on my android tablet (Huawei) and phone (Samsung s8). My tablet is currently completely refusing to connect. Pc and husband's cheap Android phone are connected nice and stably.
If anyone has any ideas I would love to know...
Thanks
Liz

Re: WiFi Password not not recognised on some devices

@LizK  Welcome to the forum.

Assuming that you are using a Plusnet Hub One try separating the 2.4 and 5 GHz wireless bands, see  https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Router/2-4ghz-and-or-5ghz-best-practice/m-p/1351966#M840

Select each in turn from your device available wireless networks settings and use the best.
