After trying all the options suggested, the fix seems to have been setting the Plusnet member firewall to “low”.
That would make sense! AIUI wifi calling is implemented by the phone establishing a VPN connection to the mobile providers server. VPN is blocked by unless the firewall setting is OFF or LOW.
I'm just surprised that @Peter69 has the firewall functionality, it hasnt been available to new users for some time now ?
