Why doesn't Hub 1 save access control settings?

This is getting pretty annoying now. I add devices, the time controls, check the 'permanent' box, and hit apply, but about 5 mins later, either all the devices have been deleted or some of them.

Why is the interface so poor? And is there a solution to the problem?

Thanks.

Join many of us, go on to an auction site such as Ebay and get a BT Smarthub 6 for very little money. Setting instructions are here  https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Router/Using-the-BT-Smarthub-6-on-a-Plusnet-Account/m-p/1587673#M85...
