Weird upload speed (70 download 1 upload)

So I had a problem where all devices were loosing WiFi connectivity, spoke to plus net, they gave me a 36 quid credit to buy a new router, so I've gone for a nighthawk ac1900 d700v2. Connected it today and at first the only thing that would connect was my work laptop, spoke to plus net they did somethings at their end and other devices are now connecting to it. How ever my main pc gets download speeds over WiFi of around 70, but only upload speeds of about 1, my work laptop which is next to it is getting about 65 down and about 18 up, again connected via WiFi. At a total loss as to what is causing this

This could be a driver issue on your main pc. Try updating the WiFi network adaptor drivers. Then report back and we can try and help resolve the issue. Could I also ask what version of Windows you are using?

Windows 10, I've uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it. Also my ps4 that used to work fine is really struggling, and Internet speeds on phones is really poor when connected
