Howdy,

dsl:VDSL link Up: Down Rate=51936Kbps, Up Rate=7408Kbps, SNR Margin Down=6.10dB, SNR Margin Up=3.00dB

:The Modem has successfully powered up
00:00:35, 01 Jan.
:WDG Laststatus:: # Current boot was caused by Soft Reset (SAAF)
00:00:28, 01 Jan.
:The Modem underwent a warm reset

So my question is what is a warm reset and why did it do it?

Hi @feeps
Are you using the Plusnet supplier router or your own?
Your RADIUS logs don't seem to match up with the logs you have posted above;
If you are indeed using a 3rd party router - I'd hazard a guess that there was an update of some kind?
Thanks,
MoR

Hi @MasterOfReality, using the BT HH6. I thought that also, but the firmware and date are the same as before :
SG4B1000B540
24-Aug-2018
Does BT force router reboots after a set period of time then?
Regards,
Feeps
