WPS light flashing on 2704n router

The WPS light is flashing on my 2704n router, although the internet is working fine.

Would a factory reset (using the pin-hole) remove this without stopping the internet from working as before?

One of the two buttons on the edge of the router should turn the WPS off. The other button will turn off WiFi altogether, I can’t remember which way around it is. Good luck.
