When I plug my OS X Extended (Journaled) formatted USB drive into the Hub One USB port, the hub manager recognises an External USB 3.0 (Rev: 0) device, but says File type not supported. How can I set up a recognised USB drive on the Hub One USB port so that it's accessible through the Finder on my hardwired Mac Pro? Thanks for any detailed, practical suggestions.

Format the Drive as FAT16, FAT32 or NTFS.

Unfortunately that won't work for me - I need the drive to be an Apple Extended format for use as a Time Machine backup. Maybe I need to look at a more compatible wifi router than the Hub One.
