I have experienced an extended period (4 months) of broadband instability and over that period I have gathered a lot of useful information both from this Forum's contributors, from Open reach engineers and from the Plusnet advisors. There is however, one thing that I am struggling with understanding and that is the Plusnet Hub One Manager. If I go into the Manager - Troubleshoot - Helpdesk and bring up the page that I have attached there is a great deal of information there which I can not make use of. I am hoping that some of the more knowledgeable here will unlock the mysteries for me and lead me to the light 😎. I would be particularly interested in the Data Rate/Max Data Rate relationship, Noise Margins and Line and Signal Attenuation
regards
Dave

Thanks Browni, that has heaped mystery upon mystery 🤣🤣
Seriously though, that will be a great help, I can now print off the stats sheet and look at each one individually - and hopefully make a whole at the end of the process. 😉
