I am attempting to open any port on my router so i can send it to my pc and host a server, no matter what i try ive been given the same results im not that good at networking so ive tried most obvious stuff such as creating firewall inbound and outbound rules on my pc for the port i wish to open and i have also set an internal static ipv4 address on my pc as some reccomend that instead of the device option, i have tried both. I test these ports being open on websites such as

https://canyouseeme.org/
http://www.portchecktool.com./
And they all keep telling me my port is closed...
This wasnt even the first hurdle i wanted to do though as i wanted to also set up a dynamic dns with a website like noip to hide my public address for the server,
any help would be greatly appreciated 😁
