Hi, Hopefully someone can help me setup my router, adsl connection, everytime I put in my username / password it comes back as incorrect although I know both are correct. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Just checking that you ARE adding the @plusdsl.net to the end of your username ?
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
