So Ive had FTTP for a while now, and works lovely on my Archer AX3000 series router. Happily on the 145 package
As the account was in my ex’s name I had to open a new Plusnet account to finalise everything in my name. Supposedly was to be a seamless and interruption free transition. Last Monday this was and still nada service.
A thought occurred to me that I probably need to change the PPPoE login from my ex’s details to my new account for it work when the service does get switched on.
Am I correct in it just being the username and password to change? Everything else should be exactly the same.
