Struggling Router/Wifi Drops - Hub One

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can help/suggest if this is a router problem or just a connection problem or just needing a different router/boost to the wifi.

We're struggling at the moment with what seems to be the amount of devices connected with drops on connection most of the time and slow network speeds in general. There also seems to always be a lot of activity with the firewall which i am worried will destroy the performance of what seems to be an already struggling router.

If it's the case of we're pushing the router to the max then I can look at getting a solution or better router.

Let me know what informations/logs you need.

Thanks in advance,

Joe

What router are you using?

How old is it?

It is possible it is on it's way out.

Re: Struggling Router/Wifi Drops - Hub One

Is a Hub One and would of thought around a year old.

If I’m honest just trying to determine wether it’s the amount of devices/the coverage not being strong enough or if the router needs a bit of config on the WiFi settings. Or just the firmware.

Cheers,

Joe
