Strange issue - CCTV

I'm trying to setup my CCTV on the Plusnet Hub One so I can remotely view the camera on the iVMS-4500 app and on a web browser, but when I try to to view the cameras with my DDNS (No-IP) server from home, it doesn't work with my home IP address, it only works with a VPN, I have the same problem when viewing the cameras on a web browser.

What am I doing wrong here guys, why is it only working with a VPN when I'm at home? (when using DDNS server link)

Presumably you are trying to address something over.the external web that’s connected to the same external IP address as your computer is using and is also living on the same local LAN.  If so that’s enough to confuse anyone or thing.

All sorted now. I had to assign the CCTV to a local network device via the Game or Application page.
