Static IP Geolocated to N.Ireland

Hi, Ive joined Plusnet with the intention of getting a static IP address to geolocate me tot this area so I can access RTE online services and recently on TuneIn radio I need it aswell. Ive requested the addon through my account so what next ? I see from previous posts an admin user on here - "bobpullen" has helped other users. If yorue reading can you assist here aswell ?

Hey @gdd, 

A static IP would not necessarily geolocate to the area you live in, although it's not picked at random the geolocale could be located to a while away from you. @bobpullen might have more of an idea for you.

Well looking online my location seems to be somewhere in England. So Im looking for it to just be on this land mass ! Can something be done to geolocate me to my general area ?
