Start up issue
We can’t seem to get the router started. Orange light with no broadband light or orange. Everything is connected properly and I tried getting onto the hub but it says connection times out. Please can someone help!

Looks like our Technical Support Team have got this raised with Openreach, and an appointment has been confirmed for tomorrow morning. Hope all goes well.
