Solid Red (internet) light on Router

The internet is working as normal ..... but a couple of days ago the (internet) light on the Router, (TG582n) turned solid red and has stayed that way.

Software Release on Router is 8.4.4.J

is there a problem

is there a more current firmware release

just to add - I have done nothing to the settings - no change of password or anything like that

You tell us if you have a problem, is your broadband working? If so what do you get if you do a speed test and how does this compare with previous results?
