Slow laptop speed - Plusnet Hub One

Hi All, looking for for help is possible... I’m struggling with WiFi speeds on my laptop (download speed of 1Mbps) however when connected directly to the router I’m getting around 60mbps and iPhone is getting download speeds averaging 50mbps.. thanks

I'm sorry to hear that your laptop isn't performing as well as other devices

Unfortunately, we cannot give support for individual device issues but it may be worth seeing if there's a newer driver available for your laptops WiFi card

Try separating the 2.4 and 5GHz bands, see https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Router/2-4ghz-and-or-5ghz-best-practice/m-p/1351966#M840

Try each band in turn and use the best.
